I had a very positive experience with Keelan and Maximum Construction. I received a letter from my insurance company encouraging me to replace my roof due to its age, and asked for estimates from many local providers. While it took some time to reconnect and get all the details (my roof is not a simple shingle roof replacement sadly), Keelan was excellent about providing very detailed technical information on what he recommended for me, as well as thoughts about other options that others had suggested. I have not yet decided to do the replacement quite yet as the roof is still doing its job, but I am confident in recommending him as a technical expert compared to my experience with many other vendors from Good Contractors' List or Angie's List in DFW.

I completely recommend this company. Max and his crew acted pprofessionally. They delivered what they promised to do with no issue. As a woman, Max valued my concern unlike the other contractors that I met. They were able to put us on the schedule right away. The process was quick. Our house was back to normal within 3 weeks from the time we contacted them, Max presented his company, to the time they were done. Compared to the other contractors I met, they couldnt put us on schedule for 2 months.
The crew were respectful, proficient and efficient. The onsite supervisor took the time to make sure that everything in and outside of the house are in order before they left. I'm totally impresed with their timeliness. I would definitely call them again if I need something done at the house.

We had a great experience with Maximum Construction & Restoration redoing our roof. First their agent went the extra mile documenting what was damaged and then was present when the first insurance agent came to review our claim. He was there for us when it was rejected and helped us to file an appeal of the claim. When the 2nd inspector came, our agent came early and retagged the specific areas where there was significant damage to make it easier for the inspector to review. Our claim was reversed and we received a new roof. Maximum did a great job on the roof and they were able to make additional improvements on our home such as leaf guards and a gutter. We DEFINITELY recommend Maximum Constructions & Restoration. .

We had longstanding issues with our roof that needed addressed. Several friends of ours highly recommended Glenn and his crew.
When Glenn inspected our roof he knew we fully expected to replace it, and were doubtful our insurance would cover the cost.
He rapidly diagnosed the problem and assured us a straightforward repair would take care of things - no need to replace the entire roof.
Small repair vs get paid for a whole roof? Who does that? I know Glenn and his wife personally, and they are definitely the ones who would do that ... because they are people of the highest integrity.

Our roof took a hit during the storm, and ABBA sent Maximum Construction our way. Glenn of Max Construction was honest, gave us an estimate and education and did not try to prey on us (fair pricing, professional work), like other shingle chasers that popped up making no out of pocket promises. The storm was on Tuesday and before I knew it my roof was PROFESSIONALLY fixed on Wednesday. Can't even tell where the damage was at. I told Glenn the LORD led him to us. Honesty, professional, fair pricing, you can't go wrong with this company. I felt Glen's honesty off the bat and this company Delivered 💯. Thank you!!!!

Glenn came in and explained everything that needed to be done and what the associated costs would. He had a hard time and put in a lot of extra time and effort finding discontinued replacement pieces. Even though we authorized him to use what was generically available he continued his search and found a contractor who had the exact pieces and used him instead of his own crew to do those repairs. He found one issue, with our chimney, that was not completely covered by his initial bid and covered it at no cost to us. Very pleasant experience and would highly recommend him to anyone in need.

We’re thrilled with the cedar covered patio Maximum Construction designed and built for us. They transformed our existing concrete slab into exactly what we wanted–a great outdoor space. The entire process was straight-forward. They explained the building steps (structure, roofing, electrical) and expected timeline for completing the project once the permits were approved. When the materials arrived, we were amazed the workers were able to complete the structure and roofing in four days and the electrical (installing string and pendant lights, ceiling fan, and extra power outlets) the following week. The workers were experienced and very professional and every part of the project reflected great attention to detail. What stands out the most are the quality of the materials and the overall appearance of the covered patio. We highly recommend Maximum Construction for your outdoor project.

Our house was on the market at the same time we were moving out of the country. During the sale process it was determined our roof was in need of replacement. Glenn, knowing our situation, went above and beyond to coordinate with our buyers to ensure the roof was to their liking and the repairs were to their satisfaction. When additional damage was found which could have impacted our closing Glenn and his team spent the weekend making the necessary repairs to ensure our closing stayed on track. I had a great experience from start to finish! They did an outstanding job documenting the various damage that was done and working with the insurance company. They were here when the insurance adjuster came out. There was a foreman on site during the roof replacement. They cleaned up everything after they were done. I had one small issue after the job was done and the owner and my salesman came out together THE NEXT DAY and personally made the change I requested. This was AFTER they'd been paid in full. How many companies do THAT in this day and age? EXCELLENT SERVICE ALL THE WAY!!

Nick met the insurance adjuster for me, and advocated strongly for the needed repairs. They started work in just a few days upon approval and finished in 1 day! They replaced vents and wind turbines as needed which they brought to my attention. There was NO trash or debris on property when completed! They even went over entire yard with magnet looking for roofing nails! My questions and concerns were addressed immediately. Very professional! The roof looks great. I had substantial damage to my home from a violent hail storm. I called my home owners insurance agency for a recommendation and they gave me the number for Maximum Construction and Restoration. The owner, Glenn worked directly with my insurance company during the pandemic and took care of all of the correspondence, approvals, repairs, and inspections. They completed all of the repairs, including a new roof, in half the time that it took another roofing company a few years earlier. The quality of the repairs surpassed my expectations and I will recommend Maximum Construction.
